Negative: Concierge provided a scratch gift card at the time of check-in and kept asking for us to come next day to receive gift and finally last day around checkout they mentioned the program has been cancelled 😡. Also at the time of checkin I had requested for late checkout around 11AM and it was agreed and confirmed over email but a day day before checkout front desk informed it won’t be possible. Also housekeeping showed up 10 sharp - also they don’t clean room everyday irrespective of us paying almost 1 grand a day per stay 😡
Summary: Expensive yet rooms not cleaned every day but good location
